Our program follows the American curriculum, enabling the students to earn credits at their comfort and pace so that they can stand at par, if not better, with students who attend a regular school. We emphasize clearing the concepts through technological intervention, making the best resources available to our students.
The assignments at the end of each topic are critical parameters for comprehensively evaluating the students’ academic progress.
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS)
A Learning Management System (LMS) is a software application or web-based technology used to plan, implement, and assess a specific learning process. It is meant for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of educational courses. Our LMS includes illustrations, animations, photos, text, audio and video, essential elements in a virtual high school.
SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SMS)
A School Management System (SMS) is software to manage all day-to-day activities where the student can access features such as his/her progress and performance reports, notifications, tasks, fee schedule, etc. International Schooling provides a remarkable wealth of online resources that can be accessed conveniently from a student’s computer. International Schooling’s virtual resources are intended to provide students access to the comprehensive curriculum designed to address their individual educational needs.
Get Ready With Your Virtual School!
Once you enroll with our virtual high school, it takes about 24 hours to set up the LMS for the student. You will also get a “Welcome Mail” on behalf of our team. We will guide you towards the course/academic progression in a virtual school environment and about utilizing the SMS and the LMS efficaciously. A student’s handbook is also provided where you are guided with the necessary academic information. You may start with your program as soon as you get access to your courses. You can take the classes and study the courses anywhere and anytime at your convenience. You will be provided with all course content, including but not limited to e-textbooks or study material, tutorials, assignments, videos, lectures and other related content.
There are specific guidelines that you are advised to follow to complete your course requirements and credits for middle school and high school, respectively. Ideally, a semester course would take around 18 weeks to be completed which may vary from course to course. Each course is assigned a period of 120 hours for Middle school and 180 hours for High school. These are the minimum number of hours you must spend on the course to earn the respective credit.
We at International Schooling provide you the freedom to complete the course at your own pace, irrespective of your time and location. International Schooling also has the provision of dedicated and personalized educator interactions. Your progress will be measured based on the submission of assignments and tasks. The parents are also given access to a live dashboard where they can monitor the progress of their children.
