FEE REFUND POLICY

At International Schooling, we understand the commitment parents make when investing their hard-earned money in their child's education.
We value your trust, which is why our fee refund policy is designed with respect and 100% transparency.

Fee Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a fee refund, please note the following:

  1. The Enrollment Fee of USD 350 is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any condition, whether ONE-TIME, INSTALLMENT and CUSTOMISED fee plan.
  2. Refunds are only applicable for students who have paid the ONE-TIME fee.
  3. Installment fee plan and Customised fee plan is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-adjustable under any condition.
  4. Fee Refund requests must be initiated within 90 days from the Academic year start date. The student is not eligible for a fee refund after the 90 days period under any condition.

Fee Refund Timeline (One-Time Fee)

Fee Refund is only applicable on One-Time Fee with the following fee refund percentages -

Calendar Days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, irrespective of the time zone.

Process for Fee Refund

  1. To initiate the fee refund, kindly send an email to support@internationalschooling.org with the subject line: “Request for Cancellation of Enrollment.”
  2. Mention the Reason for Cancellation of Enrollment in the email.
  3. Specify the following details:
    Student Name
    Registered Email
    Grade they have been enrolled for.
  4. Kindly provide your bank details in the following format:

    Please verify that these details are correct to avoid delays or failed refund.

  5. Our support team will process your refund within 5-10 business working days.

Important Notes:

  1. Days are counted as full calendar days (24 hours - Irrespective of the time zone).
  2. No refund will be given if any personal, academic, or other details are misrepresented or hidden, or if fake documents are submitted.
  3. A transaction charge of USD 80 will be deducted for all refunds mandatorily.
  4. Refunds will only be sent to the bank account details provided by the parent/guardian, and only after receiving confirmation via email.
  5. Refund eligibility will be calculated from the date we receive your request for refund over email.
