Fee Refund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a fee refund, please note the following:
- The Enrollment Fee of USD 350 is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any condition, whetherONE-TIME, INSTALLMENT andCUSTOMISED fee plan.
- Refunds are only applicable for students who have paid theONE-TIME fee.
- Installment fee plan and Customised fee plan is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-adjustable under any condition.
- Fee Refund requests must be initiated within 90 days from the Academic year start date. The student is not eligible for a fee refund after the 90 days period under any condition.
Fee Refund Timeline (One-Time Fee)
Fee Refund is only applicable on One-Time Fee with the following fee refund percentages -

Calendar Days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, irrespective of the time zone.
Process for Fee Refund
- To initiate the fee refund, kindly send an email tosupport@internationalschooling.orgwith the subject line: “Request for Cancellation of Enrollment.”
- Mention the Reason for Cancellation of Enrollment in the email.
- Specify the following details:
Student Name
Registered Email
Grade they have been enrolled for. - Kindly provide your bank details in the following format:

Please verify that these details are correct to avoid delays or failed refund.
- Our support team will process your refund within 5-10 business working days.
Important Notes:
- Days are counted as full calendar days (24 hours - Irrespective of the time zone).
- No refund will be given if any personal, academic, or other details are misrepresented or hidden, or if fake documents are submitted.
- A transaction charge of USD 80 will be deducted for all refunds mandatorily.
- Refunds will only be sent to the bank account details provided by the parent/guardian, and only after receiving confirmation via email.
- Refund eligibility will be calculated from the date we receive your request for refund over email.
