How Warith Mahrouqi, Oman’s Rising Show Jumper, Found Balance and Success with International Schooling?

Meet Warith Mahrouqi, an 11th-grade student from Oman whose journey combines exceptional achievements in show jumping with academic success at International Schooling. Hailing from Oman, he has carved a name for himself in the highly competitive world of show jumping. Born and raised in Oman, Warith's love for horses was not evident from a young age. He said, ‘‘Initially, his mother encouraged him to ride, which he disliked, but over time, he developed a deep affection for horses.’’ Growing up in Oman, a country renowned for its equestrian culture, Warith’s journey began hesitantly. Encouraged by his mother, he initially disliked horse riding but soon found himself captivated by the bond he developed with horses. By the age of 8, his natural talent for show jumping was evident, leading him to train with local clubs and pursue his dreams.

 Balancing a demanding training schedule and schoolwork was challenging.
