Course Goals

• Create a plan to pursue a career in information technology, applying knowledge of how IT departments fit in organizations and the skills required for various jobs in the field.
• Apply practical skills, such as troubleshooting networking issues and preparing spreadsheets, to a variety of tasks related to information technology.
• Compare and contrast the types of problems IT specialists must solve and the tools available to solve them.
