Physical Education - 4
OVERVIEW
In the Physical Education Grade 4 course, students will advance their motor skills in how to throw, catch, kick, strike, dance, swim, and do gymnastics. They will learn components of fitness such as flexibility, strength training, cardiovascular health, and nutrition. Students will create manageable goals and develop teamwork and sportsmanship. They will improve their skills through practice and learn the importance of creating a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.
