You will reach new levels of fitness in this course through sports, dance, aquatics, and more. A friendly cast of course characters will guide you through exercising safely, activities that target different areas of your body, and reaching new goals. This course provides middle school elective credit. Please check with your school district regarding middle school physical education requirements.
